Verdict Corporation is a regulatory compliance and governance firm serving clients across federal authorization, commercial assurance, and AI governance. The firm takes on the compliance function end to end rather than selling software for a client team to run.
The hardest part of compliance is not doing it. It is proving it. Whether the demand comes from a federal agency, an enterprise buyer, or a regulator, it reduces to the same request: prove, in writing, that the controls exist and that they work.
Proof is not a document you finish. It is a record that has to stay true as systems change, which means the work never actually ends. Verdict is engaged to own that record.

- 01Federal AuthorizationNIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA, GovRAMP, the SSDF, and CMMC Levels 1 and 2. An agency will not run a system, or buy a service, until the record shows the controls are in place and holding. Verdict builds that record and keeps it current through authorization and the continuous monitoring that follows.
- 02Commercial AssuranceSOC 2 Type I and Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and HIPAA. These are what enterprise buyers, partners, and procurement teams ask for before they will sign. Verdict runs the readiness work and carries it through the audit or the certification body.
